Lead by Dr. Chopra and his partner, Dr. Nicolas Athienites, the facility offers both traditional in-center dialysis, as well as, a robust home dialysis program. Pure Life Renal of Stoughton is staffed by an exceptional veteran patient care team and provides care to over 130 patients.
